Janet E. Dockstader

Janet E. Dockstader has 9 years of experience in the family law arena. Having begun her career with a combined practice of criminal defense and family law, she has ample experience in domestic violence issues that can lead to criminal charges, restraining orders and sometimes personal injury cases. She is a courtroom attorney, arguing issues ranging from domestic violence, issues of alcohol and drug abuse to the more common custody disputes.

Ms. Dockstader received her undergraduate degree from the University California at Santa Barbara and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. She was named a Southern California Rising Star attorney in 2005 and was listed by Sky Radio as one of America’s Most Influential Women in 2006.
